Time To Operate Records was started in 2005 by a group of friends in Brooklyn, NY. This group had been playing music together for years in many different bands but felt like they needed a name to capture the whole of their efforts. The line-up of active bands is always changing but the spirit of the group will remain and continue to shed light on its past and present projects.
